Musical Chairs offers movement, singing and instrument exploration to parents and their children. With active parent participation your child will develop motor and listening skills along with their musical ear. During your 30 minute class time we will explore music by using your Musical Chairs Kit. We will also learn to move to music in different creative ways.

This 6-week play class for caregivers and their babies:
- highlights signs that are most important in the lives of babies
- teaches signing through fun games with BeeBo™ the Baby Signs® Bear
- provides signing practice through delightful Baby Signs® songs
- introduces play activities that reinforce important language, cognitive, and social-emotional skills
- brings families together to share their signing experiences
Designed for parents and children ages 6 months to 2 years.
Your enrollment fee includes tuition for all 6 classes and the Sign, Say & Play™ Kit
Sign, Say & Play™ class is $150 for the six week session. This class is offered on Monday mornings at 10:00 and 11:15. |

“Movin’ & Groovin’!” |

These students will begin their ensemble opportunities with “Movin’ and Groovin’!” Each week your child will come to Musical Chairs for one hour. For the first 45 minutes they will work together to learn a song or dance to perform for their parents each week during the final 15 minutes of class. This class is designed to help your child learn to work with others toward a common goal, along with having some fun! (Of course!) |

“Singin’ in the...” |

These students will continue their ensemble opportunities with “Singin’ in the...” This class will develop your child’s singing voice as they will work each week on fun songs and activities. Every week during their hour at Musical Chairs the children will be preparing for a recital that they will perform at the end of each session (December/May). |

“Too Cool for School” |

As they out grow elementary school we start to look for all the “cool” things to do. Musical Chairs is the place to be!!! In their final years with Musical Chairs the “children” will be playing on new and inventive percussion instruments. These instruments range from trash cans and broom to anywhere their imagination can take them. This class is designed to let their imagination run wild as they experiment with percussion instruments of all shapes and sizes. This class meets once a week for an hour and will put on a cool performance designed by them for their loved ones at the end of each session. (December/May). |
